Terms of Service
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sociffy. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us at support@sociffy.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your content
You own what you post. By posting you grant Sociffy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and transmit your content to the members you have chosen to share it with, solely to operate the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has been shared by others or we must retain it by law.
3. Community rules
Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, deceptive, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware or spam. Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, or try to access other members' accounts or data. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4. Reporting and blocking
Every post has a Report option and every profile can be Blocked. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; blocked members cannot see or contact you.
5. Messaging and calls
Messages and audio/video calls are between you and the members you choose. Do not record calls without consent where the law requires it.
6. Availability and changes
Sociffy is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently nothing).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app or at www.sociffy.com/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
